And at times, I miss you so much there seems to be a dull ache in my chest. I curl up in my bed at night, sometimes; looking at the moon, and thinking of you. Your hugs that melded, you hands that healed, your eyes that understood, and accepted.

You did that for me.

The winds of change, they are always reaching. You know this, and you always send your love through the spirits of the air... because you know it will touch me. I listen for it unconsciously, inherently. And I believe you send it the same way.

You inspired me to invest in the ideals of my childhood innocence. In some ways, you have allowed me to dream again, without boundaries.

I don't know if I ever told you all this. You remain to me an inspiration, a lover, a mentor, a life changing force, and the truest of friends. No judgement. No spectators. A living, breathing miracle.
